Establishment and evaluation of leukemia model : SCID mice were transplanted by ip injection with 5x10 ~ 6 HL-60 cell respectively . Leukemic cell from peripheral blood 、 liver 、 spleen and marrow were detected by chromosome karyotype analysis and morphologic observation .
白血病动物模型的建立与鉴定：SCID小鼠右下腹分别注入5×10~6个HL-60细胞，应用染色体核形分析及形态学观察等方法检测SCID小鼠外周血、肝、脾及骨髓中的白血病细胞。
