The patients in study group were provided with PN-Twin ( contained glucose , compound amino acid , but no fat emulsion , 2000ml / d ) . The patients in PN group were provided with standard parenteral nutrition support , contained fat emulsion .
研究组术后1～5天接受含葡萄糖和复合氨基酸的PN-Twin营养液（2000ml/d），对照组术后给予含脂肪乳的肠外营养支持。
