目的：观察琼脂类和藻酸盐类印模材联合印模法在桩核烤瓷冠中的应用效果。

Objective : To observe the clinical result of the method of combined impression used in post and core PFM crowns .

方法：对30例41颗残冠、残根用寒天琼脂印模材、藻酸盐印模材联合印模法取模，采用间接法制作铸造桩核并随后制作烤瓷冠，进行疗效观察及相关问题的讨论。

Methods : In 41 residual roots of 30 cases , using agar and alginate impression material taking combined impression , applying indirect method to make casting post and core and then PFM crowns .

方法：对临床上186例，478颗基牙应用寒天印模材与藻酸盐类印模材联合印模法取印模，进行分析、总结，找出主要影响联合印模成功的因素。

Methods : The impressions of 186 cases , ie 478 abutments were taken by agar / alginate combination method , and the causes of failure of combination impression were analyzed .
