笔者通过对眉山市东坡区农村基层党组织工作效力的调查分析认为，创新工作机制是进一步提高欠发达地区农村基层党组织工作效力的关键。

Through investigating and analyzing the work effectiveness of countryside basic Party organization in Dongpo Area , Meishan City , the authors have believed that the innovation of work mechanism is the key of enhancing work effectiveness of countryside basic Party organizations in less-developed areas .

虽然人类经济活动已对苍山东坡保护区的生态系统造成了一定的负面影响，但是，保护区的建立对于区域森林的保护乃至区域生态功能的维持是具有积极意义的。

Although ecosystem of reserve was suffering negative influence of human activities , construction of reserve had positive significance to protect forest , even maintain economical function of area .
