  1. 方法:采用砂烫法进行水浸出物含量测定。

    Methods : We measured the content of water-soluble lixivium by means of sand-scorch .

  2. 结果:加热5min,气压达152kPa,马钱子中士的宁的含量均可达砂烫炮制的效果,符合《中国药典》炮制马钱子的标准。

    Results : Nux vomica heated for 5 minutes under the pressure of 152 kPa , the content of strychnine in nux vomica can reach the result as much as process by sand scalding method , and accords with the pharmacopoeia standard of processing nux vomica .

  8. 结果:马钱子经爆压法、砂烫法和烘烤法炮制后,总生物碱的含量下降甚微,与生品比较仍达92%~95%以上;

    Results : Compared with crude drug , the total alkaloid contents in Nux Vomica processed by the expansive method , sand scalding method and baking method , change much and still remained 92 % 95 % .

  9. 结果:首次从狗脊升华物中分离鉴定了5羟甲基糠醛,并证明了是由果糖或葡萄糖脱水转化而成,同时证明砂烫品中也含有此成分。

    Result : 5 hydroxymethylfurfural was separated and identified from the sublimate and the processed sample of the cibot rhizome for the first time . And it was proved that it was transformed from fructose or glucose by dehydration .
