It was rebuilt in1655 , this time as a copy of QingNingGong ( Hall of Peace and Tranquility ) in ShenYang ( LiaoNing province ) .

清宁宫正门前庭院南端，竖着一根满族传统祭天用的神杆。
In front of Qingning Hall near the southern end of the courtyard stands a spiritual post which the Manchus used traditionally to present offerings to heaven .
