目的观察化学药物联合母牛分枝杆菌菌苗（商品名“微卡”）治疗涂阳复治肺结核的近期疗效。

Objective To examine the effects of chemical drugs and mycobacterium vaccae vaccine ( M · vaccae vaccine ) on recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis .

方法将涂阳复治肺结核58例随机分为两组：治疗组30例采用化学药物联合微卡治疗，对照组28例只采用相同的化学药物治疗。

Methods Fifty-eight cases of recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups : 30 cases of treatment group received chemical drugs and M · vaccae vaccine , 28 cases of control group received the chemical drugs only .
