[目的]总结髓质海绵肾（MSK）的临床特点，加深对MSK的认识并提高其诊断的准确性。

[ Objective ] To summary the clinical features of Medullary Sponge Kidney ( MSK ), get a clearer recognition and improve the accuracy of diagnosis of MSK .

海绵肾的CT诊断

CT diagnosis for sponge kidney

材料与方法：回顾13例髓质海绵肾（MSK）CT表现，并与其中8例的腹部平片和排泄性尿路造影及5例的B超表现相比较。

Materials and Methods : CT features of MSK in 13 patients were retrospectively studied and compared with the appearance of KUB and excretory urography in 8 cases and that of US in 5 cases of them .

CT9例16肾有沿肾髓质分布的海绵肾结石，3例5肾增强CT扫描后见结石被造影剂覆盖，同时有增强的条纹状高密度影从乳头伸向髓质。

CT images showed the stones of spongiform kidney scattered alone renal medulla in 9 cases 16 kidneys , while the stones covered by contrast media on enhanced CT images in 3 cases 5 kidneys , and enhanced stripes of high density projected from renal papillae to renal medulla .

本文报告了9例海绵肾的X线所见。平片之主要征象为肾影增大与肾内多发结石，结石多呈簇状分布；

The X-ray findings of 9 cases of sponge kidney are reported , signs in plain film were enlargement of the silhouette of the kidney and multiple calculi .

肾脏铸型结石48侧，多发结石106例，合并肾功能不全12例，感染性结石25例，海绵肾6例，孤立肾2例，合并糖尿病、冠心病8例。

Staghorn calculi 48 cases , multiple stones in 106 cases , 12 cases of renal dysfunction , 25 cases urinary tract infection , 6 cases of sponge kidney , solitary kidney 2 cases , with diabetes , coronary heart disease in 8 cases .
