目的通过对62例患者浅度烧伤创面的观察，分析单纯疱疹病毒（HSV-Ⅰ）的感染特点，并提出治疗方案。

Objective To elucidate the clinical features of burn wound infection with type I herpes simplex virus ( HSV-1 ), so as to propose the possible therapeutic measures .

方法将120例浅Ⅱ度烧伤感染创面病人随机分为A、B、C3组各40例。A组采用紫花烧伤膏、紫草油加庆大霉素联合配方换药；

Method One hundred and twenty cases of wound infection of shallow ⅱ° burn were randomly divided into groups A , B and C , with 40 patients in each group .

结论MEBO对深Ⅱ度，浅Ⅲ度烧伤创面的疗效优于干燥暴露疗法。

No scar formed . Conclusion : MEBO is better than dry Exposed therapy in treating deep second and superficial degree burn .

结果：深Ⅱ度、浅Ⅲ度烧伤，部位不同，治疗方法相同，液化时间、愈合时间各不相同。

Conclusion : Superficial 3 rd degree burn wounds after standardized MEBT / MEBO treatment regenerated physiologically , the morphology of the healed wound tissue was normal .

Objective : To discuss the clinical nursing in the treatment of superficial ⅱ° burn wounds with porcine acellular dermal matrix ( ADM ) with one dressing .
