目的分析单纯自体腓骨移植与吻合血管腓骨移植在桡骨远端瘤段切除后修复桡骨远端缺损和重建桡腕关节远期效果。

Objective To compare the long-term results of vascularised fibular graft and simple autologous fibular graft for reconstruction of wrist after distal bone tumor resection .

结论吻合腓血管带骨骺腓骨近段移植重建小儿骨肿瘤切除后肩关节、桡腕关节，疗效满意。

Conclusion The free vascularised fibular graft with fibular head including osteoepiphysis by anastomosis of fibular vessel is an ideal substitute for shoulder or wrist reconstruction after bone tumor resection in children .

结论：桡腕关节面背倾10°以上时，桡偏10°以上时，舟骨和月骨的接触面积及接触应力有显著变化，影响腕关节功能。

Conclusion : Contacting area and pressure to the navicular and lunare show significant changes when the radiocarpal joint angular reached more than 10 degrees and it leads to significant influence on the wrist joint .

本中心收治的2例患者，桡骨一例为首发，行右桡骨远端肿瘤切除自体腓骨移植桡腕关节重建术，术后恢复良好，密切随访中。

The radial case , one of the two patients in our center is first-episode , the operation is " right distal radius tumor resection and wrist joint reconstruction with transplant auto fibular ", the postoperative recovery was good , and closely follow-up is doing .
