实验中采集了历份急性淋病患者的临床分离标本，制成悬液后对其上清进行检测，结果有14份标本IgA蛋白酶阳性，其它对照菌皆为阴性。

The results showed that IgA protease from 14 specimens were Positive , while all of the control specimens were negative .
