目的探讨5,6-二氯-1-β-D-呋喃核糖苯并咪唑（DRB）对人喉癌Hep-2细胞系增殖、侵袭及凋亡的影响及其作用机制。
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of 5,6-dichloro-1 - β - D-ribofuranosyl-benzimidazole ( DRB ) on proliferation , apoptosis and invasion of Hep-2 cell line in human laryngeal cancer in vitro .
