According to the obesity standard , confirming 171 obese students , excepting 3 secondary obesity students and 8 students that are unwilling to join the investigation , other 160 obese students enter into the research as the obesity group by their parents signed the agreement contract .

按肥胖纳入标准，共确定171名肥胖学生，去除3名继发性肥胖和8名不愿参与调查的学生外，其余160名肥胖学生经家长签署知情同意书后，作为肥胖组进入调查研究。

CONCLUSION : There has been damaged function of islet β cells and insulin resistance and reduced earlier excretion index of insulin in the non obesity first degree relative of type 2 diabetics when their glucose tolerance is normal . Insulin resistance is not secondary to obesity and hyperglycemia .

结论：非肥胖2型糖尿病一级亲属在糖耐量正常时就已经存在胰岛β细胞功能的受损、胰岛素抵抗及胰岛素早期分泌指数减低，胰岛素抵抗的存在并非继发于肥胖和高血糖。

Conclusion Incision secondary healing , obesity and diabetes , elevation of intraabdominal pressure , the aged , the female , longitudinal incision and lower abdominal incision are etiological factors of incisional hernia .
