结论腹腔镜肾固定术是症状性肾下垂患者安全有效的治疗方法。

Methods : 15 cases of symptomatic nephroptosis underwent laparoscopic nephropexy from 1996 to 2003 in our department were analysed . Their clinical results and follow-up results were studied .

方法：自1996～2003年，行腹腔镜肾固定术15例15侧，结合文献回顾分析临床及随访资料。

Conclusion Taking the pedicled muscle psoas major with muscle film petal fixs kidney for the treatment of nephroptosis has the advantages of operation simple , rapid recovery and the long-term curative effect dependable .

结论带蒂腰大肌肌膜瓣固定肾脏治疗肾下垂，操作简便，术后恢复快，远期疗效可靠。

Patients did not occur complications such as nephroptosis and hemorrhage around renal pedicle . Conclusion : Retroperitoneoscopic Ligation of Renal Pedicle Lymphatic Vessels via suspension and ligation of the fascia of upper pole of kidney is safe and feasible and is worth promoting in further clinical application .

结论：经后腹腔镜肾上极筋膜悬吊结扎法肾蒂淋巴管结扎术是治疗乳糜尿是一种安全、可行的手术方法，值得临床推广。
