The equivalent noise normalized by the fiber nonlinearity ( NENF ) is derived for bi directionally pumped and distributed fiber Raman amplifiers ( BiDFRA ) assuming low signal strengths . Amplified spontaneous emission noise and double Rayleigh scattering noise are both included .
