Objective : To investigate the constituent of flea species , the dominant fleas and their spatial distribution patterns in the natural epidemic focus of wild-rat type of plague in Yunnan province .

Results : 105 literatures were found and it was confirmed that there are tsutsugamushi disease natural epidemic focus in Shandong and Henan by the serological , epidemiological and the molecular biological study .
