The main results of this study are as follows : 1 . SSR-PCR and SCoT-PCR reaction system were built and optimized , according to L25 ( 56 ) orthogonal design .

对Ni3／γ-Al2O3催化剂实验条件进行优化实验设计。采用正交试验设计方法，对影响苯酚收率的因素进行了优化设计和实验，用正交表L（25）（5~6）来安排实验。
