The expression of P glycoprotein ( P 170 ) and CD34 was detected in the bone marrow mononuclear cells of 30 patients with acute leukemia by immunocytochemical technique using JSB 1 and Tk 3 monoclonal antibody .

用免疫细胞化学ABC法检测30例急性白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞P糖蛋白（P170）和CD34的表达。

Compared with aged model group , the activities of IL-2 were higher ( P < 0.01 ) and the activities of IL-6 were significantly inhibited in JSB dose group , JSB low dows group and JSB high dose group ( P < 0.05 , P < 0.01 ) .
