Background and objective : Myelodysplastic syndromes ( MDS ) is a heterogeneous group of hematopoietic stem cell disorders characterized by marrow cell dysplasia and ineffective hematopoiesis , with a high risk of transformation into acute myeloid leukemia ( AML ) .

Conclusions : apoptosis of bone marrow cells was affected by a lot of factors in MDS , the apoptosis induced by TNF - α and Fas / FasL system can involve in the ineffective hematopoiesis in MDS .

结论：MDS患者骨髓细胞的凋亡受多因素的调节，TNF-α与Fas／FasL系统介导的凋亡以及机体对其调控的失常参与了MDS骨髓无效造血的病理生理过程。
