Hypergastrinemia were found in gastrinoma , type A atrophic gastritis , gastric body carcinoma and uremia .

Except gastrinoma , both basal gastric acid secretion and peak gastric acid secretion after administration of maximal histamine were adversely related to the fasting serum gastrin level , namely , the higher the gastric acid level , the lower the gastrin level , and vice versa .

结果本组病例息肉样腺瘤9例，间质瘤5例，管状腺瘤5例，管状绒毛状腺瘤2例，异位胰腺、胰岛细胞瘤、神经鞘瘤、胃泌素瘤、血管瘤各1例。
