[ Objective ] To explore the application of facebow in orthopedic treatment of angle II ~ 1 malocclusion with moderate crowding .

目的探讨口外弓在安氏Ⅱ1中度拥挤错牙合矫治中的应用。

Method 42 patients ( 20 adults and 22 adolescents ) with Angle Class ⅱ 1 malocclusion were selected according to some standards . They all were treated with first premolar extraction technique , and some needed class ⅱ 1 elastics and facebow headgear .

方法选取42例安氏Ⅱ~1患者作为研究对象，其中成人组20例、青少年组22例，均拔除4个第一前磨牙进行固定矫治，并结合Ⅱ类颌间牵引和口外弓后方牵引矫治。
