By means of the theory of classic column chromatogram , I have obtained 6 compounds , 5 from these are identified as follows : Berberine , Magnoflorine , Phellodendrine , Obaculactone , β - Sitosterol .
本文利用经典的吸附柱层析，包括硅胶、氧化铝柱层析，分离纯化得到6个化合物，鉴定5个为：小檗碱、黄柏碱、木兰碱、黄柏内酯、β&谷甾醇。
