The extraction of water samples ( well , lake ), soil samples on indirect ELISA for pentachloronitrobenzene were established , the recoveries were 86.7 % , 81.3 % and 78.9 % , respectively .

初步建立了水样（井水、河水）和土壤样品中五氯硝基苯间接ELISA法的提取方法，回收率分别是86.7%、81.3%和78.9%。

For indirect ELISA . the IC50 of pentachloronitrobenzene is 76.7 ng / mL and the detection limit ( IC10 ) is 4.7ng/mL .

The research result showed that the association virulence of pentachloronitrobenzene and carbendazim to the pathogen from fusarium wilt of watermelon was the strongest at the proportion of to 32 . According to the result , the proportion of two kinds of drug in the prescription was suggested .

结果表明五氯硝基苯和多灵菌的8：32配比组合对西瓜枯萎病病原菌能发挥最大毒力，为两种药剂的定型配比提供了理论依据。
