P-LCR

P-LCR were no differences between group B and C , P > 0.05 . After 72 hours , the parameters of platelet in group B were recovered .

入院72h后复查，B组各血小板参数基本恢复正常，与C组比较无差异，P>0.05；

Objective : To dicuss the correlations between platelet ( PLT ), mean platelet volume ( MPV ), platelet distribution width ( PDW ), platelet-large cell ratio ( P-LCR ) and cerebral infarction .

目的：探讨血小板（PLT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）及大血小板比率（P-LCR）与脑梗死的相关性。

PLT was significantly higher in the observe group than that in the control group ( P < 0.01 ); whereas MPV , PDW , P-LCR were significantly lower in the observe group than those in the control group ( P < 0.01 ) .

观察组外周血PLT显著高于对照组（P<0.01），而MPV、PDW、P-LCR均显著低于对照组（P<0.01）。
