Methods Thirty-one paraffin imbedding slices of lung cancer tissue from fiberscope diagnosis , 20 tissue slices from benign lesion of lung and 10 slices from normal lung tissue were included in this study .

方法：收集在湖南省肿瘤医院治疗的31例支气管纤维镜检肺癌组织和20例肺良性病变组织及10例肺癌边缘正常组织的石蜡组织切片。

Results : Through the observation with a nasopharyngeal fiberscope after operating for 6 to 9 months , there is no scar at the site of the buccal fat pad in each of 15 cases . The tissue of buccal fat pad is epithelized absolutely .

结果：术后经6～9月的追踪观察，15例均用鼻咽纤维镜检查，发现颊脂垫均已完全上皮化，其外观与正常鼻腔粘膜相同，未见瘢痕形成；
