The BSMI , after having consulted with interested parties , intends to regulate formaldehyde of these products .

标准检验局在与相关各方磋商之后，拟管制这些产品中的甲醛。

Regulations governing the conditions and procedures for filing an inspection exemption application under the preceding paragraph , and relevant administrative matters shall be prescribed by the bsmi .

前项免验之申请条件、程序及相关管理事项之办法，由标准检验局定之。

Commodities included in the same inspection application shall be the commodities of the same category , same type , or the same specifications , unless otherwise approved by the bsmi .

同批报验商品应为同品目、同型式或同规格。但经标准检验局同意者，不在此限。

The quantity of samples to be taken under the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the BSMI in accordance with the inspection standards , the nature of the products , or the inspection requirements .

前项抽取样品之数量，由标准检验局依检验标准、商品性质或检验需求分别定之。
