以甘肃静宁红富士苹果为原料，在引进酵母菌及醋酸菌菌株的基础上，进行单菌种及混合菌株的发酵性能试验，针对综合评价性能较好的菌株及组合进行发酵条件优化及扩大化生产研究。
Based on the yeast and acetic acid bacteria strains and raw materials of Fuji apple in gansu JingNing , the experiment on single and mixed strains fermented performance test was done , as for the research on strains of the comprehensive evaluation performance and fermentation condition optimization and enlargement .
